Concordia Travel Advisors for Creators

An Invitation Only Travel Advisory Built for Creators

This isn't a general travel agency that happens to take creator clients — creator travel is the whole business. We work with a small, invitation-only roster each year, and we handle more than the trip you're taking for yourself: the production behind a shoot, the people traveling with you, the parts of your life that don't split cleanly into "personal" and "business" because your job doesn't either.

If you've ever had to explain to an advisor why a "vacation" needs three extra hotel rooms for your crew, or why your partner's flight has to match a shoot schedule that keeps moving — that's exactly the kind of thing we're built to handle without making you explain it twice.

Personal Travel

Your own trips, planned with the same care you bring to everything else in your career. Itineraries that work whether you're shooting the whole time, shooting none of it, or something in between — built around your schedule, not the other way around. If you're traveling with a partner, planning something you're not ready to post yet, or just want a trip that isn't part of your feed, that's respected without you having to ask.

Production Travel

Not every trip is personal — sometimes it's the shoot itself. We book and manage travel for entire crews: DPs, editors, assistants, talent, equipment logistics, and accommodations that actually work for a production schedule instead of a leisure one. One point of contact for the whole crew, not a separate booking for every name on the call sheet.

Your Team

The people traveling with you matter as much as the itinerary. We plan for a significant other joining a work trip, for family coming along on something bigger, for the version of the trip that has to work for more than just you — without it turning into two itineraries that don't talk to each other.

Before Concordia, I spent ten years working directly with creators as a talent agent and head of creator partnerships at major companies, not adjacent to the industry. That means knowing what a real production day looks like, what a crew actually needs on the ground, and the kind of bedside manner and attention to detail this work actually requires. Whether that's holding a shoot together or planning a family trip after the shoot wraps. Every itinerary here gets built through, and it's why this stays bespoke: no templates, no packages, just the specific plan a specific person, crew, or family needs.

How It Works:

  1. Request an invitation. Space is intentionally limited. Tell us about you, your work, and the trip or production you're imagining.

  2. We build the concept. A tailored proposal. Personal, production, or both, built around your schedule, your crew, and your people.

  3. We handle the rest. Bookings, logistics, on-the-ground support, for everyone on the trip. You just need to show up.

A Small Roster, By Design:

We keep this offering intentionally small so every creator, every crew, and every trip gets real attention. If that's what you're looking for, we'd love to hear from you.
